As you can note from this website, I have practiced in the areas of Family Law, including divorce (now called "dissolution"), custody, child support, visitation with children, adult abuse actions, paternity (unmarried persons with children between them) and modifications of custody and child support judgments in the Family Law area and the Setting Aside of court judgments where the judgment was obtained by trickery or if there was no valid service or notice upon you. Other areas of experience include Bankruptcy (Chapters 13 and 7), Litigation (Trials and settlements of disputes), Real Estate including contracts, leases, deeds (Warranty, Quit-Claim and Beneficiary Deeds) (which simplify the distribution of real property after death) and adverse possession; Estate Planing including Wills, Trusts, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney; Driver's License problems, DUI, DWI, Traffic and State and Municipal traffic and other ticket problems; Business matters including Incorporation or Limited Liability Company (LLC), business formations.
